The management and protection of the personal data of visitors/users of the Network’s services are subject to the terms of this section, as well as to the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC).
These terms are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology, particularly the Internet, and the existing—though not yet fully developed—legal framework governing these matters. Within this context, any relevant future regulation shall form part of this section. In any case, the Network reserves the right to modify the personal data protection terms following notification to visitors/users and within the existing or any future legal framework. If any visitor/user does not agree with the personal data protection terms set out in this section, they must refrain from using the Network’s services.

Links to other sites ("Links")
The Network includes links to other websites that are not controlled by the Network but by third parties (natural or legal persons). Under no circumstances shall the Network be responsible for the Personal Data Protection Terms followed by such third parties.
IP Addresses
The IP address through which a computer accesses the Internet and subsequently the Network is used exclusively for the collection of statistical data.
General terms for the protection of personal data
The Network safeguards the personal nature of your data and may not transfer them to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason, except where required by law and only to the competent authorities.
The Network maintains files containing personal data submitted by visitors/users exclusively for communication, financial, and tax purposes.
Visitors/users may contact the competent department in order to verify the existence of their personal data file, and to request its correction, modification, or deletion.
Visitors/users of the Network who are minors have access to the Network’s services only with the consent of their parents or guardians and are not required to submit their personal data. In the event that such data are submitted by minors, the Network shall delete the relevant information.
The Network, and in particular its marketing department, may process part or all of the data you have submitted for statistical, financial, and service improvement purposes.
